Innov8 Living is a contemporary and practical concept for both our co-living hybrid hotels and residences offering guests and residents comfort, self-sufficiency, flexibility and a social atmosphere. The properties provide shared areas where residents and guests can work, shop, gather, cook, mingle and workout.
The flexibility to choose the length of stay starting from very short terms including daily for the hybrid hotels all the way to yearly tenures in the residences, along with the choice of self-catered or serviced rooms makes this concept a combination of all options under one roof.
Innov8 Living communities offer two different accommodation models. The hybrid hotels of the portfolio belong to the collection of properties under i8 Hotels and the co-living residences are clustered under the umbrella of i8 Homes. While both models share similar values when it comes to services, livings spaces, facilities and amenities, there are some differences in terms of offerings, inclusions, and layout, catering to all the various needs of clients.
